First, I installed a 830 SSD and Samsung magician software is telling me to use AHCI to boot with but my system set it to RAID in BIOS When I added the SSD ( I kept my factory HDD in there too as a second drive and yes they are in the 6gb/sec slots :) ). Should I change this or leave it at RAID? Im not even really sure what the difference between the two are really lol.

Second, I noticed in BIOS I could unlock the overclock feature and could change a few things including bus speed and some power settings. I have a 3630QM. Would I benefit from changing any of these settings?

Third, in the performance settings in BIOS there was a memory setting, I have 1866MHZ installed. Should I change that setting to match or just leave it as auto? CPU-Z has my RAM speed correct.

-leave your ssd to RAID, it will be the same thing has AHCI but if you later decide to add another SSD to set up a raid array you wont have to format (and I *think* you'd have to reinstall your OS to go from raid to ahci)
-3630qm cant be OC'ed so leave those setting stock
-if auto detect has them at the correct speed there is no need to change anything
