Can someone give me the dimensions of the heatsink/heat pipes arrangement on the triple pipe heatsink of the 18x-R2.

I wanna buy one and replace my 2 pipes heatsink and was wondering how much chassis cutting would be involved in such an attempt.

EDIT: Also 18x-R1 owners would be welcome to post cuz I believe their heatsink may also be a good candidate.

    Isn't M18xR2 heatsink exactly same as M18xR1?

Yes, don't need to cut anything to place a tripe pipe heatsink in R1 or R2. Maybe the modded six pipe heatsink need some cut but anyway who would use that?.

I think OP is trying to put a M18x heatsink into an AW 17 R1.

When I checked online they seemed a bit different, not sure though.

    That is correct.

Not quite, very similar but not the same. The M18x R2 heatsinks have a few more metal bits that cool the MOSFETs more than the M18x R1 heatsinks
