So after serving me for 4 year my laptop currently not working and i assume because my 580m is dead. I try to take them out and it work. Then i put them back in and it show the 580m on bottom have problem in device manager, so it the slave card i guess. Then after the window update it won't turn on anymore and keep beeping.
So i come to conclusion that my gpus is at the end of their life after 4 years serving me. So i plan to either upgrade it or try find used one with 780m sli
    My options are
1/ get 2 780m and try to see if it fix.
If this option then i have 2 choices: dell and eurocom. Dell is half price of eurocom on ebay so i don't know if it work any difference.
2/ spend few more hundreds to get r3 with 4th gen i7 and dual 780m.

I try to get some advices on what to do now, since winter break is coming and i have no computer to play with.

I agree with this. I only have 680M SLI, and even in brand new games I only have to dial a couple of graphics settings down from the maximum to run at 60fps.

Not really, just as long as it is not a MSI 780M.
