    Heya guys,

I want to sell of my other alienware and buy an alienware m18x. I don't want the newer alienware 18.

I understand the difference between the r1 and r2, but assuming identical ram hdd, gnu, what would the difference be in price?

    what about barebones model?

this is not necessarily a price check, but a price comparison between the two models in 2 scenarios:

    a) fully equipped same hdd, ram, gnu (different cpu/mobo etc)
    b) barebone model (no ram, hdd, gpu) maybe cpu.

The best place to ask this would be on the owner's lounge or the NBR marketplace. It's hard to tell, try searching online for offers and see how much they are asking for those.

To be honest what price they should be and what price they are available from people at can be quite different.
