    Dear Aliens,
    I would like know if there's any way to force always the 8x transfer mode for the PCI-Express bus also working with the PowerPlay battery setting.

    I am asking that because as far as I see performance are very poor by using this configuration.

    good question, as far as i know, the mainboard chip, cant handle with a cfx at 16x.

    thanks for your reply. It would be good to keep it always at its best set instead of to get it down for the power management feature.
