So I've basically had nothing but issues with maintaining this machine since I bought it from Craigslist about 6 months ago. So, I had been using it daily until one morning it refused to boot. No screen, no post, no beeps. I figured the one remaining 980m I had in there must have kicked the bucket, so I shelved the project for about 2 months. Now, I just finally got around to putting my 880m's back in there, and still I get nothing. No beeps or anything. The hard drive LED comes on for 1 second, the macro key backlighting comes on, and the side lighting comes on, but that's all it does. Tried the usual reset BIOS methods, nothing seems to be happening. Any ideas or is my motherboard dead as well?

Try resetting the memory and boot the computer with no discrete card. Or boot with one stick...

Thanks Rengsey, I was able to get it to boot again after a few cycles of trying the ram in various slots, got it to boot with the two sticks in the underside slots instead of the default top side slots.
