sorry but im getting a m18x soon and based on the pics im not seeing a 2nd HDD caddy. I owned a m17x R3 and it had two HDD - im planning on installing a SSD manually. Is the 2nd HDD hidden somewhere? if so is it difficult to install? I just can't imagine m18x without a 2nd HDD bay

The hard drive caddy holds two hard drives. They stack one on top of the other.

The 3-piped HS shown on those pics can only be found in the systems sent to reviewers. For end customers Dell decided to go 2-piped HS (only with extreme CPU). 4-piped HS is a project I'm trying to do and still unclear if I go for it since the price to properly design it is very steep. :(
