When Overclocking, should Non-Turbo Flex Support be disabled or enabled? I remember Mr. Fox telling me it should be disabled but just want to make sure.

Also if it should be enabled, what Flex Override value should I put?

Disabled. You have i7-4940mx then you shall have 33 flex ratio override.

Disabled. Having it enabled can cause failure to POST with 8 beeps when switching from PEG to IGFX and back to PEG mode. Alienware replaced a number of perfectly fine M18xR2 motherboards under warranty for members of our community because people had enabled that and did not know it needed to be set back to disabled. Clearing the CMOS or blind flashing generally restores normal operation when that happens, but there is no blind flashing for the 18.
