So my M18x r2 recently just bit the dust while using the unlocked bios. I changed a video setting in the bios and the computer completely stopped working and blind flashing won't work since the eSATA port won't read usbs during the method. The computer isn't completely dead, it still powers on. Just powers off a few seconds later.

So I was directed to using a SPI Programmer to force flash the bios chip, but i'm completely unsure of what chip I need to deflux from the motherboard and which portion of the bios firmware I need to flash.

Have you tried turning the laptop on without the GPUs inserted?
