    Hello,

I would like to know if the Clevo card with flashed DELL (Enduro off) bios into 7970M could fit into my M18xR1?

    Here's the photo of gpu:

If it can will it work in crossfire configuration without problems? Current GPU is Radeon 6990M and it works in crossfire.

    Best Regards

There is no reason why it wont work, but to be honest with the reputation that the 7970M has every one just upgrades to Nvidia cards, the 680,780 880 and 980 are all better then anything Amd has to offer anyway.

If you are planning to pair one 7970M with one 6990M, I think it is very unlikely that it will work. If it will even run stable, I doubt CrossFire will work. I've never heard of anyone ever attempting to do that, so feel free to see what happens. It should cause no harm whether it works or not.

Yes they need to be the same chip to crossfire.
