    So i got this second hand m18x r2 . Shortly after i got to dell website to see if the machine is still covered by a warranty and it expired on 2014 then i applied to see if an extension is possible and i got this response:

    Nope. I extended my warranty in mid May 2015 for 150$, i had my graphics card/LCD start to fail in mid June, and they were OUT OF PARTS. I had to fight them tooth and nail to get them to give me a replacement, which they offered an Alienware 17 R2 which I was totally unhappy with. I'm currently in talks to get a dell outlet Alienware 18 with appropriate/comparable specs. They said the M18x R2 was end of life and will not be serviced anymore.
