    M18x r1 factory restore help

    I tried factory restoring two times in a row and both times it keeps getting stuck at Starting WIndows screen.
    I can log on in safe mode but I keep getting errors.. no graphics card driver found etc... cant detect any internet even with Ethernet cable plugged in.

    What do I need to do?
