The thermal pads on both my GPUs are kinda falling off on the outsides areas (not the memory modules, but the other componenets). Where can I find replacement thermal pads for the other components? They all seem to be different height/thickness but they are too torn up to measure.

You can stack 0.5mm and 1.0mm pads to get the right thickness. Sounds a bit dodgy but it works fine and you actually use sheets you buy rather then just cutting a tiny corner out of a big thick sheet. In the past I have ordered my replacement pads from ebay, it was a while ago so I can't recommend anything.
Just be aware that you can get really solid thermal pads and squishy pads (probably what you have now), as far as I know, the solid ones conduct better but the squishy ones wont bent your GPU if you get the height a bit wrong.

I get mine from eBay too. Silicon thermal pads.
