I noticed my left side getting hotter than usual now. I tried switching to I7 graphics and still left side hot. Also when I plug in USB 3.0 device and start file exchange it gets even hotter. What might be the problem? What to look?

Although I have CoolerMaster XL cooler It is still hot!? When turned off it is hotter...

Main graphics card is on left side so it's normal that this side gets hotter. Windows does not use 2nd graphic card, only games so when you are on desktop only left gpu will run hotter. USB controller can also get a little hot but it's nothing to worry about.

I know that but,I am using on-board graphics. Not dedicated GPU's... Currently charging Logitech G933 and it is hot... When I am not charging it is also hot but less. My HDD bay is maybe also generating heat. It is located right under left arm...

If the hotspot is to the left of the touchpad, and you've got a mechanical HDD in there, then the heat is coming from the HDD bay. A mechanical HDD that is spun up and working for a good amount of time will definitely generate a good bit of heat. More so even than you would think.

If the hotspot is on the left side of the keyboard (WASD keys), then it is your primary graphics card. If this is the case, though, then the fan should also be spinning up to get rid of some of the heat.
