Is there anyone here from DELL or ALIENWARE that can help me troubleshoot my computer? I've been calling the customer support since January and only one person tried to help me in March, everyone else there just transfers me to other departments in a loop. Now there's a ticket saying my computers having issues and I can't renew my warranty. This is a nightmare.

Usually people are pretty friendly around these parts and there are several Alienware reps who monitor these forums from time to time. It would help if you attempted to describe the issues you're having with your PC, what PC it is, and any other information you deem relevant.

If you have the standard 1 year warranty, and you had trouble in March when it was still valid and they couldnt resolve it then, you need to demand to get it fixed.
Or was it fixed in March but the problem reoccured now? -
