Just wondering how do I upgrade the operating system from win 8.1 to win 10?

Do I need to install something for BIOS and vBIOs or uninstall graphics driver?

Not really, just download Windows 10 media tool from microsoft and it will do its thing. However I would reocmmend doing a clean install instead, since upgrading usually results in nasty bugs.
