Here is a video of whats going on with my Laptop

I am posting this video so that maybe someone can help figure out what is wrong. I have a feeling I'm gonna need a new motherboard, but im hoping I don't.

So far only iphones an ipads do what happens in the video. Other devices such as hard drives do disconnect but its at a far less frequency , but still as annoying. Keeping my fingers crossed someone can help me fix the issue. Dell and Alienware could not and just said to buy a new motherboard.

 

Does it happen on all USB ports? What have you tried to fix the problem?

 

happens on every usb port. I have tried resinstalling windows 10 and 7 and then only installing itunes. still does it , used old and new versions of itunes. still same problem. Although i dont think its a itunes problem considering i can't even get to itunes . as you can see it connected and reconnects immediately before i can run any types of programs. I have turned off the overclock and ran my machine totally stock with a new install of windows. still won't work, tried unplugging my laptop, removing the battery and pressing the power button for 30 seconds , still won't work. uninstalled all my usb entries in device manager , still does it. removed my mouse and external hard drive from usb ports and just tried the iphone or ipad and still continues to do it. turned off my virus scan and still gives me the problem. Basically it happens even when its just windows 7 or 10 installed and nothing else. I have tried different apple usb cables and it still happens. I then can take that same usb wire and iphone and connect it to my parents old ass desktop pc and it works fine.

I have spoken with dell and alienware , and even apple and none of them could fix it. i forget if it was dell or alienware but one of them even remote connected to my laptop and none could figure it out. I have posted on forums all over and unfortuneately its one question or issue that nobody just can't seem to figure out the answer too.
