hello ALL
A noob question here but i bow to the knowledge base here .. When flashing bios on gpu cards as I've managed with the great guides and info on the software to use from the techs here..But To flash the bios of the gpu, do I need to revert to the original bios then reflash with the new bios I want to use ..?? I am getting firm ware image does not match., and firmware image board does not match..
If any other info is needed I can provide thanks in advance..

thanks #Alien for your reply..
I've be attempting to flash the 580m bios to the 675m bios just because its supposed to be possible..
The usb is set as the boot device and using nvflash unlock -r -p -i0 -i1 -4-5-6etc..
I just cant get the gpu to accept the flash at all. Got the cards to accept the vbios flash to 580m92v file that i kindly
got from the thread on here. I gave up for a few days cos I was going nutz. Image file does not match etc etc.
Im just wondering is there anything I need to do first to get it to accept the flash.
Thanks for the advice -
I don't recommend that as you can easily kill your GPU but you can do it if you want. Command is correct for me.

You will have to unsolder bios chip, reprogram it and solder it again if this will fail. Keep that in mind, that's a lot of work and about 40$ cost in Poland.
