    Hello everyone,

I have an Alienware M18 that I purchased new in 2013. I had originally purchased a 3 year extended warranty with it. Of course the warranty has since expired. When I go on my dell account for my laptop I see a message that states my extended warranty has expired but to click here to extend it. When I do it then brings me to another page which shows that my laptop is still eligible for me to purchase a remaining one month worth of coverage for $83.06. This is because I believe in 2013 I could have bought a max five year plan which would have covered me through next month. My question is how can dell still be offerrng me to get this last month of coverage two years after my extended warranty expired? .
