    Hi,

I replaced my RAM the other day and during the dismantling one of the clips at the back right gave way and would not click down and reassembling.

Look at the 9th pic of this thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m18x/583324-ram-upgrade-m18x-pics.html

It looks like smooth has a similar problem, as it seems one of the clips came off (there is a clear white patch on the underside in pic 9).

I am wondering if there is a solution to this....maybe double sided sticky tape to make the control center sit flush with the unit?

Obviously everything is secure, as there is the 5 screws holding the cover inplace, but it isnt flush up against the unit.

    Suggestions for a fix?

Definitely a thin double sided tape should do the job but NOT the ones with permanent glue, or you might have bigger problems next time you want to open it.
