A couple months ago, I was annoyed because i could not delete a file from my desktop. it was for maylware antibytes and it runs at windows startup so i do not need a desktop shortcut. anyway i couldn't do it at all. got every eror message possible . So i tried a program called file assasin which also did not work on this file. anyway, i installed a program which i forgot the name that made it so everytime I ran anything, it ran it as if i clicked on run as administrator. That worked. however i deleted it shortly after and now i can't run anything windows related , such as back up or restore ect.

When i click on restore, really quickly i notice a black command prompt screen pops up with some writing on it and then it closes down. It happnes so quick that i recorded it with my iphone in slow motion at 240fps and still i wasn't able to get a good shot of the message that the command prompt box gives.

Worst part is, whatever the program is im trying to run , no longer opens. i just get the super fast command prompt and its gone in a second. so i can't run backup, restore ect. could there be something in my registry that needs to be changed? i know its not much to go on, but i figured id sk you guys.

all i can make out from the screen is as follows

"the file <or folder>: C:windows\system32/ (can't read this part) " owned by the (again can't read this part) .exe_
    administrators group.
processed file: c:\windows\system32\(again cant read this part , but word is same as above".exe
    successfully processed 1 files:Failed procesing 8 files"

i have no clue what the hell all that means. lol. i wish i could just isntall windows stuff from teh disc instead of losing everything and delting all of it. the computer is starting to run again.
