    Your Core Current Limit is zero, so that's definitely not helping. Alienware's default value is screwed up.

    Your Processor Current Limit is set to 85.000A. Change both of those settings to 95.000A. You may have to reboot. Re-launch XTU and confirm the settings stuck. Then try the benchmark again. That should be enough for stock clocks.
