    Is there an e-mail for Alienware Support? I tried the Dell support e-mail but they just replied with "You need to contact Alienware Support". I just need a replacement keyboard for my M18X (dome of the keycaps came off). It's still under warranty or I would just buy one.

    There probably is, but why not just pick up the phone and call 1-800-ALIENWARE? They should be able to take care of it right away.

    I am having problems with my new alienware 18 sound. I was on the phone with a tech when I called Dell for two hours. So frustrating. He obviously did not know the product as I was describing the msg box that appears when I plug in headset and he said it should immediately begin playing through headset when I plugged it in even though I tried to explain the dialog choices. Should I go on to describe the problem here. Am I in the right forum?
