    Hi.
    I have the Alienware M18x R2 with the intel 3630qm and the standard single heatsink.
    did you think I gain something if I change the single heatsink with the triple heatsink?
    good gain in temperature, or very poor?

    Your temperatures would drop but I would only buy it if you had a 3920xm extreme processor. Why sent money on something you are not going to use.

    so is just worst money if I do? I find it for 50USD. I have 90c in full load now, is ok?

    I'd go ahead and buy it and install it. Cooler temps are always better. If you ever decide to upgrade to a 3920XM or 3940XM CPU you will definitely need it, but there is no down side to having your current CPU run cooler.

    Your temps now are too high. If you were not buying a 3-pipe heat sink I would be suggesting that you take out the fans and clean them and the heat sink radiators, but since you are you can do that when you install the new heat sink.
