Do you love Cmos resets first thing in the morning? Do you hate having to track down welded wire coin batteries and have to wait for them to arrive in the post? Well look no further!

Jokes aside :) I dislike having to find these welded wire coin batteries online and having to wait weeks for it to arrive so for ease of use I made this mod.

No longer need to use these batteries:

Now you can use normal store bought coin batteries :)

I had to break off one corner of the socket so it would fit and bend down the corner of the contact so the battery is perfectly held in. :)

So all you have to do is tear the black plastic off amd mount the battery?

It is a coin battery holder off a broken motherboard with the wires soldered to it so it can plug into the motherboard, the main goal is so you can use a standard store bought coin battery like normal in the laptop instead of the wrapped wire batteries that take longer to get as they have to be purchased online. :)

The first image it to show that you no longer need to use those welded tab batteries.

I'll edit the description as I see where I wrote it wrong. :)
