    Hello i just repasted my cpu,gpu card with delicate procedure. And when i put it all everything. And turn on the laptop the fan and lights work normally and then i heard a sound 1 beep but its not a strong beep and not repeating. And the screen works but no Bios or operating just blank screen. I'm afraid i hope its not the motherboard. Please let me know if someone got this problem i already remove the cmos battery no luck.. please help me
