Hi all, recently my laptop lags really bad and the fans spin at 100% just for a few seconds. Not done anything that could have caused it. It only does it once every time I boot the system. Do you guys have any idea what it could be? I even ended up doing a fresh install because my Realtek PCIE CardReader driver is knackered. In device manager it has a yellow triangle next to it. Tried installing new driver but get pop up saying I have the most current driver already installed. Uninstalled it and installed again but to no avail. It’s sending me crazy. Please someone help!

I think, each time you turn your computer on, the Dell Autpsy makes a short diag of the fans, CPU, GPU...so you get a lag.
I found it because i have dual boot Win10/Kali Linux...and got these lags only on Win10
Look at your entries, you should find PC-Doctor modules or alien autopsy on your programm files.

    So remove them

I have this issue, Dell representative could no fix it either. Let me know if you find a fix. I am on Windows 10 latest release and still have the yellow bang light with latest driver installed.

I fixed the Realtek issue with this. Go to the last link at bottom of page, that worked for me. No more yellow triangles.

    https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Noteb...-driver-for-this-device-has-been/td-p/6739213

About my computer freezing, I went onto add remove programs and uninstalled dell system detect and so far so good.

Hope that link sorts your driver issue out.
