    first adapter i bought is 0y90rr and the second one is 0xm3c3

    also when the second adapter throttles down the led becomes orange not red , my bad

    Sorry, I was getting that mixed up with Gelid GC Extreme, I always get those two mixed up.

    Liquid Ultra is hard to use though, is that correct?

    Sort out your thermal paste and thermal pads like Mr Fox suggested, some of the mashed pads and paste on paste on paste I've seen have made me wonder why the GPU had not blown sooner.

    Liquid Ultra is the best a man can get.
    If I was you, I would try Grizzly Kryonaut. A very soft paste, but maybe the best conventional paste in the market now. Try it.

    Update :
    after more testing i realized it was related to the cards reaching its power limit so i downloaded nvidia inspector to undervolt the cards to -62.5 mV and (knock on wood) i get rock solid performance with sli enabled with latest nvidia drivers and best of all im getting a sexy 78C max temps on gpu 0 and 74C max on gpu 1. If anything happens ill keep you guys posted :)

    Hey Mr Fox, I re did my thermal paste with liquid ultra!! And now my temps aren't going over 78 degrees!!! Thanks heaps
