Hi everybody I found these heatsinks www.eurocom.com/ec/vgas(1)ec and I don't know if they are overpriced or not , and what are the primary and the secondary heatsinks ?

I can't comment on price but you have 2 cards in the 18 and each requires a different heatsink (one for primary and one for secondary).

The price seem reasonable, maybe a bit on the high side. There are a few on Ebay now for the same price, so buying from Eurocom might give you better warranty. I'd personally try calling Dell and getting prices yourself - sometimes they are cheaper for these things that what you might think. The part numbers are:

    Primary H/S: 0HTXFC
    Secondary H/S: TJ6G8

I called dell 2x and was told that both parts where not in stock and discontinued so they wouldnt be getting any more. Seems like we are at the mercy of third party...

It's possible that they do not have any to sell, but I imagine that they have plenty of stock for warranty issues.

See if PCHub.com has them priced any better. If they do not have them, they may be able to get them if you are able to wait a few weeks. $95 each is terribly expensive. I recently purchased new M18xR2 heat sinks from Dell Spare Parts and they were under $30 USD each.

Thanks for letting us know that dell doesn't have the parts.
