Hey guys. I have just started looking at new new 18 that I got yesterday. I am actually typing on it right now. It was listed as having an issue where Crossfire could not be enabled. I have very limited knowledge with AMD but I installed the Radeon software and I can't see an option for Crossfire anywhere. I think it should be under the advanced tab.
I took the machine apart and checked that the cable was there and attached to both cards, it all looks good.
I just downloaded GPU-Z and I have noticed that the vBIOS' are slightly different between the cards. Could this be the problem? It's only the last digit that is different.
    Anyone have any ideas?

No , Vbios don’t make a difference when trying to CF as long as the cards are recognized.

the new amd menu is hard to navigate if you don’t know where to look. If I have time later after work , I can help lol

Thanks man. It’s the first time I’ve looked into the Radeon software and was surprised how immense it is!

I'm going to try the vBIOS option first. I read about another guy having a similar issue and making the VBIOS' the same solved the Crossfire issue. Hopefully I don't make things worse. I've never flashed an AMD card before.
