I need some help, maybe somebody know something about my Problem.

My Laptop have until October 2017 Guarantee, so i´ll not do things like vbios flash.

I noticed that my GTX780m SLI Clocks down sometimes from 849MHz to 614/666MHz, and it’s not relating to the temperature. So i called Dell and they send me a technician to change the Graphics Cards and the cooling sinks, but that didn´t help anything. But now i got another Problem. It is like tearing but scratches the screen dramatically. It is only if i have turned on SLI, in the picture you´ll see what i mean.

Perhaps anybody know how to fix both Problems.

    Hello,
    Try an external tv.
if the artefacts are still there it's probably a gpu related issue.
    best regards

No the artifacts come only when the internal monitor is in use and only if both cards are active.
    I´m really confused

LCDS cable can be pulled slightly out of socket from inside the LCD itself, sometimes it can even begin to tear or rip the connecting wire ribbon, but I've seen this cause issues before. Could also be that its badly seating into its socket on the mainboard, or its dirty. The screen itself could potentially be damaged too.
