I charged the battery, works fine on the battery. When I shut it down with a full battery I go to power it back on and it is dead. I am doing a full shutdown, not sleep mode. Any ideas?

Is it immediately after you shut it down? Does it turn on with the PSU and remain on if you remove it?

So I charged it overnight and unplugged in the morning. Turned on in the afternoon and no issue.

Also if I have it plugged in and unplug it, no issue.

If I shut it down and come back a couple days later it starts and shows 0% battery and turns off.
