nice to know amd would rather work on gothic 4..?

    http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/pages/crossfirex-app-profiles.aspx

New profiles added to this release:

    - Saints Row 3: Resolves stuttering seen when playing in CrossFireX mode. Also provides Single GPU and CrossFireX performance improvements when running in lower resolution configurations

    - Gothic 4 Arcania: Fall of Setarrif: Improves CrossFire

But I thought Crossfire was already working on Skyrim with people getting 55fps plus on the 6990M?

Sometimes games just out of the box start working without AMD explicitly mentioning it in a release. So if you already have both cards showing full 3D clocks and activity while playing skyrim, then having an official release with AMD mentioning Skyrim profiles is not going increase the performance by that much as performance is coming from the drivers in the end.

With CFX enabled my performance decreases in Skyrim and there be the issue. In some of the areas of the game it decreases by almost 10 FPS and other parts only a frame or two, but still decreases.

theres a few ways to get crossfire working with an unoptimized profile. itll get cfx working but not to its true potential. placing a DLL in the file folder or renaming the exe i believe?
