    what are you trying to load and ur wifi connecting?

    I aint doing anything while wifi is connecting the home network. It usually appears and the message pop up is very random.

    its cuz of loading of unstable program during windows startup. Go to msconfig, and try disabling non essential programs and see if it stops coming?

    From what I can see, its probably due to the fact that two or more programs are trying to grab same resource during startup and this is causing other to idle and hence show error.
