    what shipping carrier will ship from usa to europe without problems?

    I just had someone buy me an alienware m14xr2 through dell in the US. he tried sending it to me through usps but they said, that he must remove the lithium battery.
    He said fedex told him to ship the battery separately.

    I want him to ship it to me in one package. no battery removals whatsoever.

    How can i do this?

    Maybe UPS? A battery would probably have to be marked as a "hazardous material" though. UPS might also charge you some kind of tariff, like VAT if you live in the UK.

    USPS changed their policy on international shipping that you cannot ship Li-On batteries due to the nature they might explode and they do not want to take that risk. Likely you'll need to find a different carrier, ask around. The main issue is USPS is one of the few international carriers that ship to APO/FPO boxes.
