Yea, it actually works pretty good and it's kinda cool. You can even game on your netbook with that service. The only downside is they don't have a ton of games available.

Yea, if it ever really cought on bigtime. Another problem with it is it really lacks mutiplayer even the few games that support it can only be played with other onlive subscribers. So you can't play borderlands with your friend if you have onlive and he has steam.

will there be a heat problem?

Not really, it just relies on a decent internet connection (I think it says 3mbs+ on their site) which now a days 3 mbs isn't much unless you have crappy DSL or something. Really all your doing is basically creating a remote terminal from their system to yours kind of like a workstation terminal. I played batman arkham (sp?) asylum on there and it played really smooth on my friends netbook with max settings. I'm kinda looking at it now because for $10 a month you can play like 60 games on there all you want. You can also buy their console system for $100 and play on your HDTV with a controller....kinda cool.

Netflix raised there prices because people were just getting the lowest sub and using the online thing 24/7 (Guilty as charged :( )

It only plays PC games. But if you order there console thing for $100 you can play on your TV with a 360ish style controller but it's the same games/selection as if you were playing on your PC.
