just ordered the m14x, had 2 questions. is it possible with the killer wireless to stream to an external monitor?

and do you need a pgm to overclock the cpu or can you do this in the BIOS.

    Thanks

No only Intel cards support Intel Wireless display. Yes, you can overclock in the BIOS, but all but the XM series of mobile chips are multiplier locked so there is only so far you can take it over stock. I wouldn't bother overclocking the CPU on an m14x R2 though, the CPU is total overkill in comparison to the GPU (which is what you should overclock).

You need an Intel card, these are the two methods you can use to stream to an external monitor and their requirements.

I at best understood about 40% of this. so basically I can't do it with the killer card but would need to buy a new external card?

Actually those are internal cards, the killer card can't do it, you would need to replace it for an intel card.
