Sorry, but we can't do much about it.
Your best bet is to call Dell and ask for a replacement keyboard if the one you have is flawed.

Try updating your gfx driver and the Bios.

Just wondering, how did updating GPU Driver & BIOS would fix the hardware output problem? Because since it is keyboard problem, even you reinstall Windows, it will not fix the keyboard. The only solution to that is what Katalin said.

haha nice one kimjo42 xD .. and thanks katalin but i did ask a frnd of mine who owns an alienware 2 .. so he was like it happens and will go in sometime .. there is vacuum below the key which holds it tight but if there is a slight bubble of air .. that makes this noise which will go off with time ... :) and thanks guys

I know what you mean but seeing how fragile they are and not knowing your level of experience I couldn't advise you to take the key off and have a look, risking to break it ;)

Wow this thread actually reminded me of a squeaky shift key I had before. It was a minor annoyance but I just came to realize that it doesn't make that sound anymore. Perhaps over time the squeak will go away.

When I got my alienware, a few keys had like extra plastic on the bottom of them, which caused them to stick and squeak. I carefully removed the extra plastic by just fatiguing it. Like those model airplane kits who's parts you have to punch out, and sometimes a piece of plastic will be on it that you have to remove. Though do it at your own risk if that's the problem.
