I just installed Killer 1102 yesterday, and then my m14x started to have problem about 555m. sometimes, especially after put the computer to sleep it will show blue screen and restart itself, after it come back, sometimes the computer will not even recognize the 555m, but when it recognizes it, everything working perfect, it just the blue screen bothers me alot.

btw i tried two drivers already, the original 267.21 and 285.27. seems like 267.21 is more stable.

so what could be the cause of that blue screen? Bad connection for the 1102? or the old driver for Intel wifi card?

you might wanna check your minidump to see the cause behind it.

thanks for the help, just checked the minidump file, it turn out to be the new hardware or software i installed, so it has to be the Killer1102, i will double check on the connections later and hope it wont shop up again.

Did you uninstall the old drivers before installing the Killer card/drivers?

the Intel driver still here, maybe its time to delete it? but i did not understand why it shut off the 555m. especially with the newest driver installed from nvidia. but since last night the laptop is running perfectly fine with the old nvidia driver.

and the error i got from minidump is ntoskml.exe.

Driver conflicts can cause all kinds of weird issues. Always uninstall old drivers before installing new ones.
