Not really here are the games i play and the minimum and maximun fps i get.

    Skyrim High Settings: 60 - 70 Fps
Battlefield 3 Ultra Settings: 50 - 70 Fps (with resolution turned down and some tweaks)
    Mass Effect 3 Maxed: 80 - 90 Fps

Black Ops is the only game that lags and yes my friend has this problem to on his desktop.

Sounds like its a game issue, and not something wrong with the laptop. I would try the steam forums as the other guy has said and maybe you will find a fix. ;)

I play Cod since 2007 and reached over 40 prestige ranks on xbox.
All i can tell you is that Lag Ops is by far the worst coded Cod of all time.

Theres a major lag in the netcode that hasn´t been solved since release.
The hit detection is horrible, and I have sworn to never buy a treyarch game again.

However, i havn´t played the game on my m14x.
