    alienfx firmware bricked

    Hey guys. I followed this thread and updated the command center for R2 on my R1.

    After installation, the new CC automatically updated firmware of my alienfx from 1.00.06 to 1.00.08 and my alienfx is bricked :( uninstalled cc and tried old version did not help. The alienfx setting section is completely blank and says no alienfx hardware can be found, please contact alienware customer service.

    I know changing the keyboard may help, and fortunately my laptop is covered until 2015. Is there any way to force CC to re-flash the firmware?
