Ordered a 14x R2 from the outlet (a cert. refurb) that was supposed to have 1600x900 screen res. Got a cert. refurb that has 1366x768 in the mail. All other laptop specs are correct.

After conversating with cust. service, they told me to 'live with it' or 'send it back.' I bought it during the discount sale. Don't want to send it back due to the discount. Instead, want dell to make it right. This is my third AW and I like the brand. Won't like it if dell won't work with me on this.

    What to do?

Typically ask for a further discount, not sure if they sent parts but you can diy a 900p in.
