You still having problem with GTA4? I admire you man, If it was to me I would have been gave up on that game already. And as for me the only game I having trouble with are those Valve game like TF2 & Portal 2. Anyway this is my WEI score:

    CPU: 7.5
    RAM: 7.9
    GPU (Windows Aero): 6.9
    GPU (Gaming): 6.9
    HDD: 5.9

    Base score: 5.9

    I remember I had score 7.4 for CPU once. I had i7-740qm

But this index gives you almost nothing. If you have troubles with GTA4 then perhaps your dedicated gpu doesn't work (problem with optimus). Or maybe you need to defrag hdd using Defraggler for example... etc

It is not because of his GPU doesnt work, if you own the game you'll know, because of the game doesnt fully support the Optimus technology, the dev n NVIDIA also seem to ignore about it, I can get it work with some command line, the problem he has is the framerate which his avg fps was 30-35 while for me I got around 40-43 and since GTA4 isnt a really GPU demanding game so the framerate shouldnt be at that number. If you google about the problem you'd see other people who own an optimus machine are all had this problem.

OK. Now I can delete this subscription. Because posting WEIs looks very silly to me.

No, I dont think so, because sometime I also get those kind of score, after installing a new driver (NVIDIA's and Intel's) and I also have my GT555M overclock as well, however if you didnt know, those GPU score is NOT from the GT555M, it is actually the Intel HD Graphic. If you dont believe me you can check it by right click on the Computer > properties > click on "Windows Experience Index" > "View and print detailed performance and system information".

Then a window will pop up showing you a more detailed info and at the near bottom of the window there's a note said:

The gaming graphics score is based on the primary graphics adapter. If this system has linked or multiple graphics adapters, some software applications may see additional performance benefits.

And the Primary Graphic Adapter the M14x use is the Intel HD Graphic, because NVIDIA GT555M is not primary instead it is a dedicated GPU. And as far as I know you cannot OC the Intel HD Graphic without having a modded/unlock BIOS install, and if you do, I dont think it would help you much since the HD Graphic never meant for gaming and it would just generate more heat for the laptop.

It should. I dont have the computer at the moment (in at Dell repair), but I remember with an OC I could get the GPU up to 7.1. I think it was the OC in my signature; after I get it back and working though I plan to OC more and reach 7.2 or even 7.3 (without volt mod) ;) I remember I ran some intensive application in the background which enabled turbo boost and it put my CPU at like 7.9 lol. I remember overclocking the RAM to 1600mhz in BIOS put it at 7.9

So my scores off the topic of my head?

    7.9
    7.9
    7.1
    7.1
    5.9
