I've just upgraded to Win 8 but cannot get the command center working to change colours and get the scroller working on the trackpad. I downloaded Alienware OSD Application but it does not seem to do anything and I cant see any icons for it anywhere ?

I also seen to be missing a driver for something but cant figure out which one ?

And what about the command center? Did you try downloading the latest version available for Win7?

Ment to post back that I got the command center working with the Win7 drivers, its not perfect, ie when you turn the volume up or the wifi on/off no icon show on the screen, but its no biggy, everything else works ok tho.

I have Windows 8 as well, and previouly on windows 7, when I press FN+F3 for wireless switches, I get a small window from which I can turn on/off wifi and bluetooth. Now when I do that on Windows 8, the window does not appear, so I can only turn on/off wifi. I thought this was part of the command center, any help with that?

I believed that OSD is part of the problem causing this since my Command center is working well.. Anyway, do you have problem with your OSD on Windows 8 ?
I'm having the exactly same situation as you since the day I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro with clean installation . I had tried with both windows 7 OSD and Windows 8 OSD with Net Framework 3.5.Without getting the OSD worked out, I cant enable the bluetooth as well.
