I use to use MSI Afterburner but because of it doesnt allow me to OC pass 780/1560 using a modded/unlock BIOS, then I switch to EVGA Precision where it allow me to do so. But for you I'd recommend MSI Afterburner because of the easy-to-understand UI, how to do it? Well that's easy, all you need to do is install the program and slide the slider under those named "Shader", "Core" and "Memory" but for the "memory" it is bind with the Shader so you dont need to slide it because whenever you slide the shader, the memory will be done automatic.

But be cautious even you have a laptop cooler it doesnt mean you dont need to monitor the temp less than you normally do, in fact you should 2x do it more than usually because when you OC, the GPU will produce more heat to meet the clockspeed requirement, so it will run hotter, now the higher you OC the more temp it will produce as well, as long as you dont OC too high say something near 780/1560 you'd be fine.

And when you get to feel the sense of the OC behaviour you might want to increase the clockspeed little by little. For me I use a modded/unlock VBIOS so then I can OC pass the normal speed you can normally OC at.

You can find more info on both those website I link you to and in the program's help section.
