The latest NVIDIA driver gives me a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD. Also, the available video driver from Dell doesn't find "compatible hardware" on my system.

Can someone please link me to a good stable driver for the M14x?

On my R2 I am using the 301.42 drivers listed above and have not have any graphics problems of any kind with any of my games. I plan to stick with these for a while.

Every new driver fixes and breaks a game in the process, so I've been using the one from Feb 29, which is the most balanced driver for the games I play (Civ 5; SWTOR; D3; Heroes 6; C&C 3-KW; BF3).

I use 296.16 from Dell's website that shipped with it. They work perfectly fine and I see absolutely no reason to upgrade.

try either the 296.16 drivers from the Dell site or the new beta 304.79 from the nvidia site. They should install and how well they work will depend on the game I believe (running the beta personally)

I never liked the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but I have to agree with it when it comes to drivers. New drivers always break something from my experience.

Okay, I have installed it properly at last. I used 304.79 but still gave me "Install failed" error.. what i did is I manually install the 3D Vision. Ans my game World of tanks is running super smoothly atlast with 50+ FPS.

May have had somthing to do with not doing a fresh install i.e. uninstalling everything Nvidia, using CCleaner to clean up the remnants then installing the newest ones. Anyway its working now so hopefully u don't run into any more problems
