Using the benchmarks from here I noticed that some games perform poorly on the m14x, namely Max payne 3 and Ghost recon future soldier. I'm also wondering, do games look poorly if the resolution is lower than the native resolution? If I upgrade the monitor to be 1080p, I'm sure some games in the future will be too taxing on the m14x and you will probably have to lower the resolution, will it be passable or look really choppy? Or is it better to have all settings on low and just leave the resolution?

Gotta be careful with benchmarks of the "650M" since *most* 650M cards have DDR3 where the M14x has GDDR5, doubling the memory bandwidth.

Sorry, the M14x Gen1 has the GDDR3 video card as well. Unless they made a different version? I just checked GPUZ to confirm.

Max Payne 3 plays really well on the R2.

Played Ghost recon future soldier without any issues on my R1 with the 555gt. Shouldn't have an issue with the 650.
