I'm sure its here but search look like its not working.
I see nothing that says anything about the wired nic on Dell downloads.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'll assume that your system is Intel, not AMD. Go to Intel® Driver Update Utility

"The Intel® Driver Update Utility keeps your system up-to-date. It detects which driver updates are relevant to your computer, and then helps you install them quickly and easily."

I should point out that it will not give updates for components (like video card) that companies like Dell modify specially for their systems.

A word of friendly advice, back up your drivers in case you run into an issue. One of the updates issued by Intel for my orginal NIC seriously degraded it's perfomance (which they fixed in a later update).

I think you're confuse with the Wireless, the OP asked for the Wired Nic, which is what Croatoan said, it is Atheros driver, you can found it on your M14x Resource DVD Or through this link: Atheros AR8151 - AW.

    Thanks guys!
Never knew Atheros made wired nic's I always associated them with wi-fi.
