I'm going to order mine of hidevolution and am going to get the better thermal paste as it can get quite hot here in Summer and I want to make sure this thing doesnt overheat (my current one does just about every 30 minutes in the winter -.-'). I'm trying to keep the cost down as low as possible so what causes more heat? The CPU or GPU? Theres a both option but again can't afford it.

Also, if it's both or even, would it be worth it to get it on both then?

Get neither, do it yourself. ;)

It's really not that difficult. If you can use a screwdriver, and have some sort of fine motor control you'll do fine. If I had to pick one though, I'd do the CPU. From what I've read here it tends to be the hotter of the two.

Can't find the TDP of the GPU but it's unlikely to be much higher than the 45W TDP of the processor; and the processor will run that high whenever it can thanks to TurboBoost.

I'd personally buy it on both. Definitely worth the extra few dollars to reduce those temperatures.
