Hi, recently during video chat session my webcam crashed and since then I cant seem to make it on again. I checked in the Device Manager for the Imaging Device but its not there, there are 1 unknown device which I think is the webcam. Attempts to update the driver over the internet using Windows failed. Been looking for downloadable driver to reinstall it manually but cant seem to find them.

    Help?

I am using Windows 8 that came with the unit btw. Haven't done any reformatting or that sort. Attached are screenshot of whats it showing in Camera app and Device Manager.

OK, I've read somewhere on the internet that re installing the lappy's bios might help, so I've given it a try and it works. Thank god!
